1.Insulation gloves for live work
It refers to a kind of insulation gloves worn on the hands of the workers when they are working on the electrical equipment with an AC voltage of 10 kV or less (or the DC electrical equipment with the corresponding voltage class).The product model, shape size and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of “General Technical Conditions for Insulating gloves for Live Work”.
2.acid and alkali resistant gloves
It is a protective product to prevent acid and alkali injury to hands, and its quality should comply with the provisions of acid-resistant (alkali) gloves.Gloves are not allowed to be frosted, brittle, sticky or damaged.The non-leakage of gloves refers to: must have air tightness, in a specific pressure, no air leakage phenomenon occurs.
According to the material, this kind of gloves can be divided into rubber acid and alkali resistant gloves, latex acid and alkali resistant gloves, plastic acid and alkali resistant gloves, dip acid and alkali resistant gloves, etc.
Waterproof gloves and anti-gas gloves can be replaced by acid and alkali resistant gloves.
3.oil resistant gloves
These products are made from nitrile, chlorbutadiene or polyurethane to protect the hand skin from various skin diseases caused by the irritation of oil substances, such as acute dermatitis, acne, folliculitis, dry skin, chaps, pigmentation and nail changes.
4.welder gloves
It is a personal protective appliance to protect against high temperature, molten metal and spark burning hands during welding.It is made of cow and pig marmoset leather or two-layer leather. According to different finger types, it can be divided into two finger types, three finger types and five finger types.Welders’ gloves have strict appearance requirements.The first grade product requires uniform thickness of the leather body, plump, soft and elastic, the fur of the leather surface is fine, uniform, firm, consistent color depth, no greasy feeling.Grade two: the leather body lacks fullness and elasticity, the leather surface is thick, and the color is slightly dark.
